Training, Marketing Corp. (TMC) is here to help Realtors be the best they can be. We provide free training to Realtors in all 50 States. There are no fees for our training. All we ask is that you tell other Realtors about our training.

In most cases a mortgage is needed for you to close the sale. We guarantee that we will help increase your mortgage knowledge. By conducting your due diligence, you will not have to rely on the information given to you by a loan officer (who may or may not be up to date with lender guidelines). There are plenty of guidelines changes being announced almost on a daily basis and it is important for you to be aware of them.

If you are a loan officer we can help. Most mortgage do not provide sufficient training if any training at all. We will teach everything from the basics to advanced. Our marketing classes will help you increase your mortgage business. All our training is free for loan officers.
